Reset Yoga is a community wellness event we offer every 1st and 3rd Monday starting January 5, 2026, created to help you unwind, reconnect, and truly relax.
This isn’t a workout — it’s a restorative practice built around slow, supported poses and intentional breathwork that gently shift your body out of stress mode and into a “rest and digest” state.
This class is especially good for anyone feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, anxious, or stuck in go-go-go mode. It helps release tension, calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, improve sleep, and bring your energy back into balance.
We created Reset Yoga to give the community a soft, nurturing space to breathe, let go, and start the week feeling grounded and restored.
Pawsitive Energy is a free community mental health and wellness event designed to help you reset, recharge, and reduce stress through joyful therapy dog interaction.
This uplifting experience features certified therapy dogs from The Go Team Therapy Dogs, offering gentle, supportive play therapy proven to boost mood, increase serotonin, and promote emotional well-being. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply in need of a moment of joy, this event provides a calming, welcoming space for connection and stress relief.

Join Think Positive Club for a workshop that will teach you how to be more aware of your natural breath movements.
This workshop goes beyond breathwork techniques. It’s an immersive, educational experience designed to help you understand how breathing actually works in your body—and how learning to breathe more fully can transform the way you feel, think, and respond to life.
Most of us breathe every day without ever being taught how. In this workshop, we slow things down and bring awareness back to the breath as a powerful tool for regulation, presence, and self-support.
This Community Sound Bath Session is part of Think Positive Club’s education-based Nervous System Reset Program, designed to support relaxation, emotional regulation, and mental well-being through accessible, science-informed practices.
This experience blends education, guided relaxation, and sound therapy to help participants understand how sound works on the nervous system — and then feel it in their bodies.
Participants are invited to rest comfortably as sound supports the nervous system in shifting out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-digest.
