This workshop is education-based and includes short sound and vibration demonstrations to help you feel how different frequencies and rhythms affect your body and attention, without doing a full sound bath or meditation session.
We’ll explore how brainwaves change in response to rhythm and frequency, how the nervous system responds to sensory cues of safety or danger, and how vibration can influence the body’s stress response. You’ll learn how different sound patterns can support focus, relaxation, or alertness, and why the body responds to rhythm even before the mind understands what’s happening.
This one’s kind of a big deal—and as always, we’ve designed it to stay accessible for our community. We’ve only got a few spots left, so if you’ve been feeling the nudge to try something new or could use a little extra support, this is your sign.
Huge gratitude to Tokyo Joe’s for generously sponsoring lunch 🥗💛 You’ll get to enjoy a nourishing meal while doing something genuinely good for yourself. Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
