We're excited to bring back one of our community's favorite experiences, our Summer Candlelit Sound Bath.
Modern life can keep our nervous systems in a constant state of stress. This experience is designed to help you slow down, unplug, and give your body and mind the opportunity to settle into a calmer, more restorative state.
During the sound bath, you'll simply lie comfortably while the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments fill the room. Research suggests that relaxing sounds and rhythmic vibrations may help promote deep relaxation by supporting the body's parasympathetic nervous system—the "rest and restore" response. Many participants report feeling calmer, more grounded, and mentally refreshed after the experience.
At Think Positive Club, we believe learning to regulate your nervous system is one of the most valuable tools for supporting mental well-being. While a sound bath is not a medical treatment, it can be a wonderful way to practice mindfulness, relaxation, and self-care in a welcoming community setting.
Join Think Positive Club for The Yoga Mind, a two-hour educational and experiential workshop exploring the connection between neuroscience, the nervous system, and the ancient practice of yoga. This Mindset Lab blends evidence-informed education with gentle restorative yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and self-reflection to help you better understand how your body responds to stress and how you can support it with practical, accessible tools.
Together, we'll begin by exploring yoga beyond the physical poses through the Eight Limbs of Yoga, discovering how this ancient philosophy offers a framework for living with greater awareness, compassion, and balance. We'll then dive into the science of the nervous system to better understand why our bodies react the way they do and why practices like breathwork and restorative yoga can be so powerful. From there, we'll move into guided breathing practices and a gentle restorative yoga experience, allowing you to notice these concepts in action through your own body.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this workshop is designed to meet you where you are.
No flexibility or prior experience is required, just a willingness to slow down, get curious, and reconnect with yourself.
Who says mental health has to be boring?
At Think Positive Club, we believe caring for your mental health can be creative, fun, and something you genuinely look forward to. That's why we created Create & Chill—a free community program designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and connect with others through creativity.
Research shows that creative activities can help reduce stress, improve mood, increase mindfulness, and support nervous system regulation. Sometimes healing looks like making something with your hands, sharing a laugh, and simply taking a break from the demands of everyday life.
This month's project is all about PATCHES! 🧵✨
We'll have a variety of patches and creative supplies to help you personalize a canvas tote or any fabric item you bring from home. Bring a denim jacket, backpack, hat, apron, tote bag, pencil pouch, or anything you'd like to give a fresh new look...we've got patches for days!
At Think Positive Club, one of our core focuses is making nervous system regulation and mental wellness more accessible through community-based experiences. This gathering is simply an opportunity to rest, reflect, meditate, and be present in a supportive environment.
