Join Think Positive Club with Concrete Couch for a morning of mindfulness, creativity, sustainability, and community.
We believe creative activities like journaling, working with your hands, arranging textures, and slowing down can help support nervous system regulation by encouraging grounding, mindfulness, creativity, and presence.
We’ll begin with a guided walking meditation through the trails at Concrete Couch to help ground ourselves, slow down, and reconnect with the present moment. After the walk, we’ll transition into a junk journaling and creative journaling experience focused on turning everyday scraps into meaningful art and memories.
Lunch will be provided
At Think Positive Club, one of our core focuses is making nervous system regulation and mental wellness more accessible through community-based experiences. This gathering is simply an opportunity to rest, reflect, meditate, and be present in a supportive environment.
Whether you’re looking to reset after a long week, reconnect with yourself, or spend time in a peaceful atmosphere, this evening is for you.
• Guided intention-setting meditation led by Growthology
• Gentle grounding and breathwork
• Relaxing candlelit atmosphere
• Reflective and calming moments
• Community connection
• A peaceful space to pause and recharge
Porfirio, founder of Growthology and experienced meditation guide, will lead the evening meditation and help guide participants through an intentional and calming experience focused on presence, relaxation, and mindfulness.
No meditation experience is needed. Just come as you are.
Join us for a powerful Mindset Lab experience where we explore the science of the brain, emotional integration, and the patterns shaping our lives.
This special workshop will be led by Timothy S. Trail, educator, teacher, life coach, couples coach, professional presenter, and neuropsychology coach. Timothy blends neuroscience, emotional integration, and Buddhist-inspired wisdom to help individuals and couples rebuild their lives with clarity and compassion. With a background in mental health, substance misuse, and relationship education, he is known for making complex ideas feel practical, hopeful, and deeply human.
Tim is also the owner of the beloved meditation and wellness shop Mostly Zen in Old Colorado City, which he runs alongside his wife Amy, creating a space centered around mindfulness, healing, and community.
Drawing from concepts in his book Integrated: The Science of Personal Stability and Relationships, Tim will guide us through how the brain forms patterns, how beliefs shape our reality, and how we can begin creating healthier mental and emotional pathways.
This workshop is designed to help you move beyond surface-level positivity and into real inner transformation.
Join us for a calming evening of restorative yoga, candlelight, and nervous system support as part of Think Positive Club’s Summer Series.
This free community wellness event was created to help make nervous system regulation more accessible to our Colorado Springs community.
Sometimes we don’t even realize our bodies are stuck in “fight or flight” mode , the body’s stress response that can leave us feeling anxious, exhausted, tense, emotionally reactive, or unable to fully rest.
This experience was intentionally designed to help calm the mind and support the body through gentle restorative yoga, candlelight, breathwork, and stillness.
Unlike fitness-based yoga classes, restorative yoga focuses on rest, grounding, and helping the nervous system feel safe and supported. Through gentle supported poses and intentional relaxation, participants are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves in a peaceful community environment.
Help us share our impact with funders so we can continue offering accessible, donation-based experiences.
